All of the Tools and Weapons from Tinkers' Construct can be modified.Once an item is complete, you can use the Tool Station to add extra abilities to it. Different materials/items have different amounts of modifiers. Our Beginner's Guide to Construct 3 is the best place to learn how to use Construct 3 and start building your own games!
