Oct 12, 2016 In past 8.3 PTR Builds, you could talk to Voice of the Corruptor, a N'Zoth fish located at the entrance of a dungeon to receive a buff that increases your healing and damage by 20% and resets the Bloodlust/Heroism debuff (Sated), similar to Bwonsamdi's Bargain that came with Reaping. Currently on 8.3 PTR, the fish does not seem to be present.
Dec 17, 2016 Eye of Command and Memento of Angerboda, There might be times when the Arcanocrystal would beat the Angerboda, but for sure the Eye of Command for single target, although i might use the acranocrystal on a multi-target situation in place of EoC. It seemed to proc all the time, and you could have all 3 procs up at once if you got lucky. Only Soul Reaper on Agatha's dark fury waves to break the shield ASAP and reduce damage taken. I can 100% confirm by experience. You need an offering called mori. Theres a common one and a rare one. The common one lets you kill the last survivor thats on the ground. The Rare one lets you kill anyone whos on the ground. The HUD will show up with an option if you give the entity the correct offering. You can enchant your Back, Neck and both rings permanently with either stats or additional proc effects.
Consumables are mostly one-time-use effects that don't persist through death, with the exception of flasks.
Gem slots are procs from the Titanforging/Bonus Stat system, or exist naturally on legendary rings/necks, as well as crafted legendaries.
